JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as a Upper Primary School Assistant in Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Higher Secondary School, Palissery. The contention of the petitioner is that she was appointed on 01.06.2009 against the retirement vacancy and that the said appointment was duly approved on 27.02.2010. Though the salary bills for the period from 01.06.2009 to 01.03.2011 was drawn and submitted to the second respondent no action was taken thereon to sanction the same. To redress the said grievances the petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 before the first respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the delay in the matter of its consideration and the failure to take appropriate action thereon.

as to the merits of the contention, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously and in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment with notice to the petitioner and also the Manager.
