JUDGMENT
The captioned Contempt Case has been filed alleging willful disobedience with the directions of this court in the judgment dated 25.7. 2013 in W.P.(C). No. 9939 of 2013. As per the said judgment, this court directed the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8, referred as such in the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner in the matter of disbursement of pensionary benefits. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel on both sides submitted that in purported compliance with the directions in the said judgment, orders have been passed. In other words, Ext.P8 was disposed of. If the petitioner is having any further grievance against the order passed by the respondent disposing of Ext.P8, it is up to the petitioner to work out his remedies to redress the grievance. Subject to the said liberty, this contempt case is closed.
