J U D G M E N T

The grievance of the petitioners is that the existing traffic system in Areacode bus stand poses danger to the commuting public. It is contended that many often the travelling public are crushed to death while parking the buses in reverse inside the bus stand. Exts.P1 to P4 are the representations submitted by the petitioners in this regard seeking a change in the system.

I direct the first respondent District Collector to immediately take up Ext.P2 representation and deal with the same in accordance with law. Necessary follow up action shall be taken within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
