JUDGMENT

The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for a direction to consider the application for temporary permit for the petitioner to operate his stage carriage on the route Malampuzha - Kozhikode. The Government Pleader points out that the regular permit issued to another in respect of the stage carriage bearing registration No. KL 10/T 9786 is under suspended animation who has also to be heard in the exercise.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P1 application for temporary permit within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner as well as the holder of the regular permit on the same route shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
