Petitioner is the President of the Advisory Committee

of Panthalam Valiyakoikkal Sree Dharma Sastha Temple. The

prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 2^nd respondent to permit the present Advisory Committee to continue. It is stated that so

far the Board has not made any arrangements for conducting Annadanam.

We heard the learned Standing Counsel for the Board, who submitted that the Board may be permitted to nominate three persons to the Committee. It is also submitted that there are no arrangements in the Committee for keeping accounts properly.

In the light of the above, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Devaswom Board to take effective steps for nominating three persons to the Committee and for conducting Annadanam. It is also directed that the Committee will keep
