This is an application by the Travancore Devaswom
Board seeking permission to accord prior sanction for conducting the counting of the Kanikka at the centralised points.
Going by the averments in I.A.No.2759/2013, the following are the counting centres:-

: 2 :
a new system is thought of in view of the incident which took
place in Thrikkariyoor Mahadeva Temple. We are of the view that for effectively conducting the counting of Kanikka , various modalities will have to be worked out. It is assured by the learned Standing Counsel that all steps will be taken for working out the new system. Therefore, we grant sanction as sought for. DBA is disposed of as above.
