W.P.(C) No.25795/2013 is filed by a devotee of Lord
'Guruvayurappan' and W.P.(C) No.26145/2013 is filed by Akhila Bharatha Sreemad Bhagavatha Sathra Samithi. The issue involved herein is with regard to the continuance of the recital of 'Narayaneeyam ' in the shed constructed on the 'kizhakke nada' in the vacant land available in the Temple premises near the pond. Both these writ petitions have been filed challenging the direction of the Administrator of the Guruvayur Devaswom to stop the recital of ' Narayaneeyam ' and to remove the shed from that area.

submitted that the recital has been stopped by now and some time may be granted to remove the shed. Learned Standing Counsel for the Guruvayur Devaswom submitted that ' Ekadashi Vilakku ' starts on 11.11.2013 and, therefore, there may be a
direction to remove the shed before the commencement of ' Ekadashi Vilakku '.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Akhila Bharatha Sreemad Bhagavatha Sathra Samithi to take steps to remove the shed before 11.11.2013.
