This writ petition has been filed by the mother of one Rithul Sooraj, who is a student in Computer Science at Sree Narayana Trust Higher Secondary School, Thottada, in Kannur District, under the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent. Alleging certain misconduct it was proposed to issue transfer certificate to the son of the petitioner and that constrained the petitioner to approach this Court by filing the captioned writ petition. Aggrieved by the said proposal the petitioner took up the matter before the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent as per Ext.P3 directed the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner's son to attend the classes so as to enable him to complete the higher secondary course. Virtually, it is seeking implementation of the direction in Ext.P3 that this captioned writ petition has been filed. Feeling aggrieved by the said direction in Ext.P3 the 2nd respondent moved the Director of Higher Secondary Education. The Director of Higher Secondary Education stayed the implementation of Ext.P3 as per Ext.R2(s). In view of the subsequent developments I do not think it necessary to delve in the facts or contentions any further. The learned counsel on both sides submitted that a settlement has been arrived between the parties
