When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner did not wish to pursue the writ petition any further and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to pursue her grievances before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her grievances before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law.
