The petitioner is the Manager of C.A.Higher

¶33

Secondary School, Coyalmannam in Palakkad District. The petitioner placed the 5^th respondent under suspension as per Ext.P1 order. Though the petitioner sought permission to place the 5^th respondent under suspension beyond the period of 15 days it was declined as per Ext.P2. As per Ext.P2 a further direction to reinstate the 5^th respondent was issued to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same the petitioner moved Ext.P3 revision petition dated 12.10.2013 and essentially, the grievance of the petitioner is regarding the delay in the matter its, consideration. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that Ext.P3 representation was received by the Government only on 21.10.2013 and in fact, this writ petition was also filed on that day. Be that as it may, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition taking note of the fact that Ext.P3 revision petition filed against Ext.P2 order is now pending before

the Government. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Et.P3 revision petition expeditiously and in accordance with law, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that before passing orders thereon the 5^th respondent shall also be put on notice.
