JUDGMENT
The matter relates to a seizure of the petitioner's goods vehicle said to have been involved in the illegal transportation of river sand. It is not known whether the District Collector has finalised the proceedings.
In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer, if he has any subsisting grievance.
