J U D G M E N T
The petitioners are retired employees of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. They seek disbursement of revised pensionary benefits with arrears. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation undertakes to disburse the revised pensionary benefits to the petitioners within a period of one month.
respondents to disburse the revised pensionary benefits to the petitioners with arrears within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The amount so due shall fetch interest at the rate of 6% per annum from today in case of failure to disburse the same within the time fixed.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
