The petitioner who is the widow of a deceased employee of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation seeks disbursement of family pension with arrears and related benefits. Ext.P4 is the representation submitted by the petitioner in this regard and pending with the first respondent Managing Director. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation undertakes to to disburse the eligible amount due towards family pension with arrears to the petitioner within a period of two months.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
