J U D G M E N T

The petitioner claims exemption from payment of contribution towards the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Act and also for refund of the amount already paid for the period 1998-2012. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 representation in this regard which is pending consideration with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 representation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is at liberty to file an additional representation also to the first respondent to be disposed of on merits along with Ext.P7 representation. The first respondent shall put the petitioner on notice and advert to Exts.P5 and P6 judgments relied on by the petitioner for exemption and refund.

No further directions are warranted and the writ petition is disposed of.
