JUDGMENT
The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for early consideration of an appeal filed against an order refusing fitness certificate to a pick up van. The petitioner asserts that the vehicle is road worthy despite the fact that it is fitted with a hydrolic jackey to unload the goods. Ext.P9 is the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner and pending with the Regional Transport Officer, Moovattupuzha.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
