These rent control revisions are filed by the respective tenants.
During the pendency of the rent control revisions, at the suggestion of the
parties, mediation was attempted and the learned Mediator has produced
memorandum of settlement arrived at between the parties. The terms
have been made clear in the memorandum of settlement and we record the same. The rent control revisions are disposed of accordingly and the
terms of the settlement will form part of this Order.
