The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P5 order passed in
I.A.No.1491/2013 in A.S.No.91/2013 by the learned District Judge,
Thalassery.
Since the order Ext.P5 is only one passed in an inter locutory application in
appeal and that the learned District Judge has also directed the appeal to
be posted for hearing, we are of the view that the hearing of the appeal can
be expedited. Accordingly, we direct disposal of A.S.No.91/2013 within a
period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
O.P.(RC) is accordingly disposed of.
