The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for an expeditious disposal of a claim for compensation pending before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta. The petitioners contend that the claim petition filed on account of the death of their son in a motor accident has been pending for over four years.
