These appeals are filed by the State against the common judgment of the Principal Sub Judge, North Paravur in L.A.R. Nos. 80 of 2007, 102 of 2007, 104 of 2007, 116 of 2007, 117 of 2007 and 182 of 2007. It is now admitted by the learned Government Pleader that in respect of comparable land this court has already dismissed similar appeals confirming the land value fixed by the Sub Court.
In the above circumstances, these appeals are also dismissed confirming the land value fixed by the lower court.
