This appeal is filed by the State against the common judgment of the Subordinate Judge of Kozhikode in L.A.R. Nos 2 of 2001, 3 of 2001, 6 of 2001, 7 of 2001, 8 of 2001 and 178 of 2001 wherein common land value was fixed by the court in respect of the lands involved in those LARs. This appeal is in respect of L.A.R. No. 178 of 2001. It is admitted now by the learned Government Pleader that in L.A.A.Nos. 1254 of 2008, 1474 of 2008, 1671 of 2008 and 1803 of 2008 filed against judgments in L.A.R.Nos. 2 of 2001, 3 of 2001, 6 of 2001 and 8 of 2001 respectively had been dismissed confirming the judgment of the Sub Court. Accordingly, since the properties involved are identically situated, following those judgments this appeal is also dismissed.
