Learned Ombudsman has submitted T.D.B. Report No.118/2013 on
a petition filed by the Travancore Devaswom Board. The Board has
sought for sanction for reconstruction of Aanakottil of Parimanam
Devaswom Board. Going by the report, it is seen that the revised estimate is for `15,30,000/-. It is also stated that the necessity for reconstruction of Aanakottil was there from 2008 onwards and the Board has now
sanctioned the work to be executed through the nominee of the Temple Advisory Committee at the estimate rate. We therefore grant permission
as sought for and the expenditure will be subject to Audit.
