The petitioner is seeking for a direction to issue copies of the orders

dated 10/04/2013 in I.A.Nos.1896/2013, 1896/2013 and 2053/2013

respectively in R.C.P.No.7/2011 of the Rent Control Court, Adoor for

enabling the petitioner to file appropriate petitions before appropriate court challenging the said orders.

On 07/10/2013, we sought for a report from the Rent Control

¶35

Court, Adoor with regard to the status of the applications and going by the

¶36

report, the copies will be issued to the petitioner today. We record the same.

Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for a

direction to the Rent Control Court to stay the final hearing of the matter for

¶39

enabling the petitioner to avail the remedies against the interim orders, we

¶40

are of the view that we will not be justified in interfering with the orders at

¶41
