It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 18.7.2013 in W.P.(C).No.17913 of 2013 that this contempt case has been filed. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned standing counsel handed over a copy of order bearing No.KSEB 3(b)/SA/W.P.(C).17913/13 dated 1.11.2013. It would reveal that in terms of the directions in the aforesaid judgment, Ext.P1 representation, referred as such in W.P.(C). No.17913 of 2013, was considered by the respondents and orders have been passed. Recording the said aspect, this contempt case is closed. It will be open to the petitioner to challenge the said order
dated 1.11.2013, if so advised, in accordance with law.
