It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 29.7.2013 in W.P.(C).No.17949 of 2013 that this contempt case has been filed. As per the said judgment, this Court directed the first respondent therein to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 revision petition referred as such therein within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the said judgment. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader made available a copy of the order dated 26.10.2013 passed by the Director of Public Instructions. It would reveal that in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment, Ext.P8 revision petition has been disposed of. In such circumstances, recording the fact that as per order dated 26.10.2013,
