The learned Government Pleader Sri.N.Suresh submitted that the Investigating Officers are not leaving any stones unturned, at any rate, in tracing out Pramod L. Das, the missing boy. An advertisement is made in Malayala Manorama daily yesterday regarding the missing of Pramod L. Das and there has been positive response to the above advertisement. The Investigating Officers are very optimistic about tracing out the missing boy.

We close this writ petition for the time being directing the Investigating Officers to investigate the person missing crime pertaining to the disappearance of Pramod L. Das still more vigorously and sincerely, and to trace out the missing boy at the earliest and at any rate within one month of receiving a copy of this judgment. It is open to the petitioner to apply for a revival of this writ petition, if necessary, after three months.
