A compromise memo is filed by Sri.C.Khalid wherein it is stated that the bereaved parents of Sri.Haris, respondent No.2, son of Bava and respondent No.3 Rasheeda, wife of Ummer took initiative for a compromise of all the issues pending between the parties and that respondent Nos.2 and 3 paid the appellant a sum of 5 lakhs by way of Demand Draft drawn on Central Bank of India, Kottayam branch and that a receipt was issued by the appellant on 10/10/12 on receiving the above Demand Draft. It is also stated that a 'Razi' has been executed declaring that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved by payment and receipt of the above mentioned sum of 5 lakhs. The compromise memo will form part of this judgment. In view of
