The Writ Petition is filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P3 representation and to set aside the order dated 25.11.2011 issued by the third respondent under the Kerala Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act.
The learned Government Pleader submitted that the order of detention was revoked by the Government exercising its power under Section 13(1) of the Act. Therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
