It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader that pursuant to the opinion given by the Advisory Board, the detenue was released from the detention under the Kerala Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act. Therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
