The petitioner challenges the action on the part of the 2nd respondent not permitting the petitioner to attend the regular class in the 1st respondent college.

December and ends in April.
Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the University. It is upto the petitioner to file an application for re-admission in terms of the relevant regulations. If an application is submitted by the petitioner, it will be duly considered and in terms of the relevant regulations, the petitioner will be re-admitted to the college in the 4th semester and will be allowed to complete the course.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
