The review petition is filed by the writ petitioner seeking for a permission to the petitioner to raise all grounds with respect to Ext.P15(c) proceedings of the Manager, before the second respondent, in the light of the directions already issued by this Court in the judgment.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Manager.

This Court had already directed the second respondent to hear the

parties and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated in the judgment. It is open to the review petitioner to raise all contentions with regard to Ext.P15(c) including the contention that the suspension was without any justification and the period will have to be treated as duty for all purposes.

The review petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
