J U D G M E N T
The petitioner claims to be in possession of 15 and 1/6 cents of land in survey No.115/2 of Valambur amsom in Tirurkkad desom in Perinthalmanna Taluk in Malappuram District. The property was obtained by the petitioner as per Sale Deed No.2119/95 of Perinthalmanna SRO dated 21.06.1995.
has got a grievance with regard to non return of utensils and

certain files of the temple which has also been raised in Ext.P5. Since it is reported that the measurement does not reflect
any encroachment, it is upto the 1st respondent to take a decision in respect of the complaint raised in Ext.P4. Appropriate decision will be taken after getting the revenue records and sketch within
a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
