The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and in possession of 29.5 cents of property comprised in survey No.1054/7 in resurvey No.301/2 in Block No.48 in Ikkaranadu, South Village, Ernakulam District.

giving notice to the neighbouring land owners. The petitioner suspects that a new sub division was created as sub division 12
in survey No.301/2.
been issued to the 2nd respondent to furnish all the necessary information to the petitioner without insisting for any fee.
In that view of the matter, the petitioner will approach the 2nd respondent for appropriate reliefs if so far the 2nd respondent has not furnished the details/information sought for by the petitioner.
This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
