The petitioner, an autorickshaw driver by profession,

has filed this writ petition aggrieved by the delay in considering Ext.P4 application for variation of his halting place by shifting from Naiketty to Sulthan Bathery. The learned Govt.Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application would be placed before the next meeting of the Regional Transport Authority and that the petitioner would be heard before orders are passed on Ext.P4. This is recorded. This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of recording the said submission of the learned Govt.Pleader.
