The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the issue of appropriate directions for the disposal of OP(MV) 233/2010 pending before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta, expeditiously. A report was called for from the Tribunal. As per the report dated 16-7-2012, the Tribunal has informed this Court that the matter could be finally disposed of before 15-10-2012.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Pathanamthitta to finally dispose of OP(MV) 233/2010 pending before it as expeditiously as possible and at any rate before 15-10-2012.
