The petitioner has approached this Court with the following
prayers:
“i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to publish the revaluation results of the petitioner for the 3rd year paper 2- child health nursing including genetics and paper - 3 mental health nursing forthwith and award grace marks and declare the petitioner as a pass candidate'
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to provisionally permit the petitioner to appear for the 4th year B.Sc. Examination;
iii) pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and
iv) award costs of the proceedings to the petitioner.”
