J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration No. KL 10/R 5959 on the route Chirayinkeezu-Palode in the vacant timing of stage carriage No. KL 16/G 100 so as to conduct service in continuation of Ext.P1 temporary permit.

The respondent granted temporary permit for four months to petitioner's stage carriage No. KL 03/F 7666 in the vacant timing of KL 16/G 100. The permit was valid till 15.12.2012. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application on 12.11.2012 for issuance of temporary permit. No order has been passed and is pending consideration. Petitioner submits that there is temporary need for operation of regular service but the respondent has not considered the application till date.

In the circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application, if it is received within a period of ten days.
