J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to grant and re-issue temporary permit for four months in continuation of Ext.P3 and proceeding, in respect of stage carriage No. KL-07/AJ 861 on the route GopalapuramNenmara or till regular permit is issued to the petitioner.
petitioner was granted by the RTA in the meeting held on 19.6.2012. This Court as per judgment in W.P.(C) No.18958/12 directed the respondent to issue the grant permit within a period of two months. The request for issue of granted permit is pending consideration before the respondent. In the meanwhile, the petitioner submitted an application for grant of temporary permit in the same route with the proposed set of timings. The temporary permit for 20 days duration is issued. Petitioner submitted Ext.P5 for re-issue of temporary permit. The said application is pending. The writ petition is therefore, filed seeking
a direction to grant and issue temporary permit.
In the circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 application if it is received within a period of ten days.
