The writ petition is filed seeking to quash Ext.P6 order and for a direction directing the 5th respondent to consider and pass
orders on Ext.P7 representation.
issue to Mediation. The matter was settled through Mediation and the terms of settlement dated 5.12.12 was produced by the Mediator. The terms of settlement is recorded. In view of the settlement, the petitioner is not entitled to any further relief in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
