J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed for a direction directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider Ext. P1 and P2 applications filed for regular permit and temporary permit respectively on the route Charumoodu - Kadampanadu. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext. P1 and P2 applications are filed for regular and temporary permits and to be considered by respondents 1 and 2 and the same were not considered till date. It is submitted that since there is regular and temporary need, the respondents are duty bound to issue the permits applied for without any further delay.
The writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P2
