The writ petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the the respondent to consider Ext. P6 modified proposal along with the initial proposal submitted on 29.02.2012 as relating to the permit on the route Thrissur - Kozhikode in respect of stage carriage KL-8 AX 6799, within a time framed by this Court.
