JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the case to make a representation to the Secretary, Kerala State Electricity Board for the redressal of his grievance. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
If the petitioner submits a representation before the 1st respondent highlighting his grievances within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered within two months thereafter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till the disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioner, the revenue recovery proceedings shall not be initiated against the petitioner.
