JUDGMENT
Both the petitioners are Post Graduate students studying at Mananthavady Campus for Zoology under the Kannur University. They have approached this Court seeking for various directions including a challenge against the the termination of service of the 5th respondent. The 5th respondent was the Course Director whose service was terminated by the University which, according to the petitioners, has been done illegally.
The learned Standing Counsel for the University submitted that a new Course Director, namely one Mr.Sreekumar has been appointed from 13.3.2012. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed.
