J U D G M E N T

The petitioner alleges non compliance of the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-1 Order. Therein, this Court directed the respondents to include the name of the petitioner also in Ext.P3 seniority list, subject to further orders to be passed by this Court, and it was also directed that when vacancies are filled up, petitioner's claim also will be considered.

In fact, this Court passed an order dated 14/03/2012 recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that from out of seven vacancies, six vacancies have been filled up and one vacancy has been kept vacant and some more time will be required in the matter.

Today, the learned Standing Counsel produced before me for perusal, a copy of the order No.EB2/1663/2011/HRD, dated 12/06/2012 whereby the interim order has been implemented and the petitioner has been ordered to be promoted as Librarian Grade III. In that view of the matter, recording the same, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
