J U D G M E N T
In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking for a direction to the respondents to assign the seven acres of land claimed by them as per Exts.P3 and P4 representations.
The petitioners, therefore, submitted that due application will be submitted along with a certified copy of this judgment within a period of three weeks. Thereafter the said officer will conduct enquiries in the matter and take appropriate decision, after notice to the petitioners, within a further period of four months.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
