The complaint of the petitioners is that though they have submitted Exts.P1 to P5 applications under Rule 26A of the Kerala Headload Workers Rules, 1981 for grant of registration as headload workers, their application have not been considered so far. The petitioners therefore seek issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of their applications.
