J U D G M E N T
The learned Government Pleader submits that the execution petition filed by petitioner is not in order, for not having remitted the requisite fee thereon. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no communication intimating any such defect was ever issued to him. The learned Government pleader has handed over a copy of the communication to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner shall cure the defects.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
