This original petition under Article 227 has been instituted by the petitioner, the wife of the respondent (Decree holder in Ext.P1 Execution Petition), seeking directions to the Family Court, Ernakulam for an expeditious disposal of Ext.P1.
is sent to this court by the learned Presiding Officer. The explanation offered by the learned presiding officer for the delay in the matter of finally disposing of the Execution Petition is convincing. Notwithstanding the explanation, we dispose of the

present original petition directing the learned Presiding Officer to do whatever that is possible at her end for ensuring that the petitioner secures fruits of the decree/order passed in her favour by the Family Court early and at any rate within six months from today.
There will be a corresponding direction to the petitioner to comply with all the orders passed by the learned Judge regarding the remittance of batta, process, etc.
