This appeal continues to be defective for the reason that the process for the issuance of notice to the 2nd respondent is not remitted. We find from the proceedings paper that successive orders passed by this court for remittance of process have not been complied with.
We close this appeal. It is open to the appellant to seek revival once he secures the correct address of the 2nd respondent and is ready to remit the process.
