The learned counsel for the petitioner in the Criminal Revision Petition submitted on 16.10.2012 is that, as per his information, the revision petitioner is no more. Therefore, I directed the learned Public Prosecutor to get information through the concerned Police station regarding the said submission. The learned Public Prosecutor today submits that the concerned Police station has informed the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner died on 6.12.2010.
In the above circumstances, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
