JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter is taken up for
consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the first respondent has filed a fresh affidavit dated 03.02.2012, also producing a copy of the order bearing No. E1/4670/11/DAME dated 04.12.2012, whereby the earlier order bearing No.E1/4670/2011/DAME (1) dated 17.10.2011 stands cancelled, making it clear that the petitioner is posted as Nurse Grade I in the Government Ayurveda College Hospital, Trivandrum. The learned counsel further submits that in the light of the affidavit and the orders passed as above, the present proceedings can be closed.
Accordingly, the contempt matter is closed, dropping all further proceedings.
